How to take action after listening to this episode:
- If you have a Fitbit or Apple Watch or other device, try to aim to get in more MOVEMENT this week, and strive for that 7,000 steps per day! Fit in short 10-minute walks after meals, try walking outside or pacing around your house while on phone calls, even stand up for 20 quick jumping jacks between calls. Do what you can to get moving and I know you'll feel better!
