The poet Muriel Rukeyse said, "the universe is made up of stories, not atoms." Stories get created in our own universe so quickly and seamlessly that it can be difficult to distinguish between a story and the event or feeling that caused it.  But we are the creators of our experiences and if it is going on, we created it, which means we can recreate it.
