Dec 06, 2022 Episode 66

Dr. Audrey Falconi is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with specialized training in diagnostic ultrasound for sports injuries. She has served as a physician in the United States Army for 8 years, providing care to soldiers in Hawaii, Colorado, and Washington State. With her unique training in diagnostic ultrasound, Dr. Falconi can provide on-the-spot diagnosis of acute or chronic injuries with highly personalized treatment recommendations to expedite healing and recovery.  In addition to cortisone injections, she is trained in regenerative medicine therapies including platelet rich plasma and prolotherapy. Over the years, Dr. Falconi has found the best patient outcomes stem from a synergistic approach to injury, combining her injection treatments and focused physical therapy with other healing modalities such as myofascial decompression (cupping), dry needling, and osteopathic manipulation techniques.

Dr. Falconi's passion for optimizing sports performance and holistic injury recovery was sparked by her many personal athletic endeavors. As a lifelong athlete, she’s competed in soccer at the collegiate Division I level, completed triathlons, plays club rugby, and enjoys participating in local CrossFit competitions. As a physician-athlete she has extensive personal experience dealing with injury and recovery and understands the importance of being able to get back to doing what you love most. After completing her service with the military, Dr. Falconi, her daughter, and pets Solski and Coco, have moved back to their hometown of Las Vegas.
