Boggled Docs
Would you take the plunge? What's the science behind cold water swimming and cold showers?
This week GP Katharine McClenaghan joins Nik to talk about the documentary available on Curzon: " The Ponds" which charts a year in the lives of the men and women who swim in the cold water of the ponds at Hampstead Heath- some of them on a daily basis. It's a joyful and uplifting documentary, but is there any science behind the anecdotal benefits evident for all the participants in the film? Will you be joining them?
As usual we also have the news headlines and we look at the last week in daytime TV.
