Hi, my name is Urmi, I am an Embodiment Practitioner, Spiritual Life Coach, Yoga Teacher & an RTT®️ Therapist/Clinical Hypnotherapist here to guide and support you to find, connect and activate meaningful moments of connection.
Having experienced a lifetime of deeply challenging learnings, consistently faced with systems of harm and experiences that took me to the darkest places - including total disembodiment, being closed off and disconnected. The feelings of nothingness, visceral anger, frustration and self hatred so much so that my body turned on me.
In these podcast conversation, I am on an exploration as I learn to redefine my experience. These conversations are for anyone whose inner and outer world feels mismatched, misaligned or imbalanced.

An incredible mechanical engineer currently studying to be an aerospace engineer, Bhavya Raval also know as the 'Mashup Maestro', shares her story about singing, musical mashup ups and how she bring diversity and creativity to her studies.
The episode is an exploration of Bhavya's connection to her creative expression - singing that she picked up in utero, claims the qualified mechanical engineer.
After spending years contemplating whether to try her hand at singing, or lend her voice and vocals to what is one her most natural abilities, Bhavya finally turned to her mother who is a classically trained Hindustani music teacher for some vocal coaching and tips.
Speaking about her journey this is an exciting dip into the creative life and creative thinking of a a future aerospace engineer. Not only is the sky the limit, but the galaxy isn't so far away either!
