Speaker 1:

Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to Slinging Sammy's Fantasy Football Podcast. I'm Chris and I'm here with. Well, you introduced yourself a friend, I am apparently Scott the functional alcoholic.

Speaker 2:

Let's look at these roster.

Speaker 1:

Okay, who do you see as the best one? That's a great question.

Speaker 2:

We have to look at the rosters, right, so let's just do a brief run down.

Speaker 1:

We got Nap of Prime, who obviously is the top dog right here except you two. We've got Prescott McCaffrey, gibbs, murray Thomas, eulain Tucker, kelsey Tua and the rest are, you know, whatever.

Speaker 2:

So he's got, and he doesn't have much on his bench right so. But you got Christian McCaffrey, you got a chance To Mark Gibbs. I think it's going to be at least 50-50 going forward. I mean even at least the beast you know there in Detroit. I think Montgomery's still going to be fine, I think it's still going to be, you know, 50-50, maybe 60-40,. Maybe it's swinging the other way. Well, who do you see?

Speaker 1:

carrying the ball more when Montgomery gets that. Montgomery or Gibbs, I still see Montgomery.

Speaker 2:

I still see Montgomery too, because I don't think they want to overuse Gibbs. You know, I don't. I think that's, I think that's for sure. But I think Gibbs is still going to be fine, so it's a good offense. It's going to score points, so it's a above average offense. Would you agree?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I agree, yeah, so I think they're going to be fine.

Speaker 2:

You got Kelsey. Kelsey is going to have his great games Okay games. Now it's kind of all of a sudden that church kill mode. You never know what you're going to get. He doesn't have much on the bench, you know, as far as players, so hopefully the starters will do well. He's got a chest and tucker. You got a chest and tucker. You got a chance.

Speaker 1:

No.

Speaker 2:

But he's a guy, he's a thing.

Speaker 1:

He's got some of the top players, but I think it really runs down to Stephen and Christian McCaffrey and, just and sorry, Josh Kelsey. Healthy, They'll both go into the playoffs. Healthy, he's got a strong chance to ring all.

Speaker 2:

And remember with Brett he went heavy on, he was by far the most money going into the draft. I spent the most money already before the draft. So he he saved, montgomery, saved sorry Montgomery, mccaffrey, kelsey and Chubb. So he had invested a lot of money in you know, early season. It paid off. So kudos to him. You know several seconds. He's got like Herbert Kamara.

Speaker 1:

Barclay, Ayut, St Brown, Flowers, Schultz. It's a great roster he's got a great roster.

Speaker 2:

I love his roster. Sorry, I don't mean to defer to you guys, but I mean Herbert's, unfortunately under under achieved. Kamara was a great, great pick. Barclay is still going to love the load. Love Raheem, mostert, Mostart. I like Zay Flowers a lot. That's second half of the season. I'm going to say right now is really good. Jake B Myers is still, I think, going to be sold as a wide receiver three. So I think he's got decent players. He's got a lot of injuries too and he's running. He's got, so he's got this phenomenon we were talking a little about there. Like I don't, I don't understand why people are dropping people before before they pick up other players of the thing. So, travis, if you want to tell us why, send us a, send us a note.

Speaker 1:

So you know, you look at it. I agree His roster's looking pretty good. You know you got some questionable things here. I would say, like having John Palmer and Mike Williams on the IR, but you kept those guys both Obviously one IR spot. You know I've asked one or the other, but he has two little empty bench spots right now. We're no reason there. He's got a kicker which I would imagine his kicker is on the bi-league. That's why he dropped him, but he's got empty spots which don't make sense to me. And then even on his bench he's got like Michael Wilson, which is the beginning of the podcast we talked about as well. And you look at this, it's a great roster, but why? Why do you have empty spots? I don't know.

Speaker 2:

But I guess at the top three there, and it's no different. I'm not trying to slam you or Napa. I think I liked that starting roster the best, but we'll see what happens. I don't disagree though.

Speaker 1:

Alba with Sam Burns, we've got Sam Howell, stevenson, nixon, kirk Allen. By the way, allen's catch for us was like his thousandth career catch or whatever it was. It was amazing Ten thousandth career catch. It's like an amazing Lockett Andrews Elliott as a kicker he's got on his bench, cooper Watson and I also got a spot on that. But what do you think of that roster?

Speaker 2:

I think he's actually got a solid roster all around. I actually like the bench players a lot. I like Cooper and my receiver, two other ones. He's the number three at this point, the back quarterback, so that's probably going to run its course. But I like Algear and like Elliott as a back up, like Ford cream hunt, he's got solid options there running back. I mean, when you got Nixon and Stevenson starting, you're probably okay. He's got solid. By receivers. I mean they're not flashy, none of them, right as you said, christian Kirk, you know, and kind of lock it, but they still just get the job done. Mike Andrews is the second best you know, tied in in football. I think Algear, you know he's got a lot of knowledge out of his quarterback. I imagine he might have been starting probably Wessel Wilson before Sam Howell, but I think he's actually got a pretty solid roster up and down.

Speaker 1:

I think so too. He's got very much the blue collar roster. Oh yeah, nothing flashy, nothing with super ultra high ceilings, but I think he's got a pretty solid roster up there.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and I just hope. You know he started out hot, you know he started out 3-0 and he's faulted a little bit, but but you know he's, hey, he's on a winning streak now. He beat the methodic ranchers, so only good things are happening from here. So well, that's not hard to do.

Speaker 1:

Really fast.

Speaker 2:

That was hard to do. Can you just explain that? It's like five minutes ago.

Speaker 1:

I was hoping you just let that. Oh man, we got Jacob make a Metcalf brown digs over. You know I'm more like this team. Like wow was pretty good. He's got James Cook on his bed where she'd white. I'll see much else on there that would really brag about, but nothing terrible and I keen on the IR. What do you think of this?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, rashad wise really come on the last week or two, I think. Actually he's, he's, he's solid, I think. But the thought hardly a buffalo is that, my god. I mean seem like James Cook was gonna be a stud beginning year. I look like he was, and then they just don't want to run anymore.

Speaker 2:

It's really kind of weird what's going on in Buffalo. Let's even do that every, every single year. He's got a solid enough running back or I like where she rise. I think Russia rice is gonna be a thing, potentially the second of the season. But you can never trust anything that goes on in Kansas City. It's kind of like the, the new dingy in the Patriots. As far as you know players, you still especially why we're sitting. I got a browns, a stud, except and digs a stud. He's got a lot of. He's got a lot of pension. He does miss freaky. He lost the first games that he won the next three games. They lost the next two games and he won the last week's game. So Doug's streaky, but I mean he's got good enough players to take them all the way.

Speaker 1:

You know I would say he's got the best roster working at this. You got, you know, maybe a number three quarterback Running backs are like streaky but good, like you're kind of commenting that calf can be streaky but he's good. Aj Browns a stud digs, a stud Goldert although he's might not play in the next couple weeks, one of the best tight ends, not a solid tie in, and he's got a solid bench.

Speaker 2:

I mean it's pretty good roster right there, the big ones at the bottom, I mean the bit of the IR and so a chains that's supposed to come back and that's beyond us. That guy looked like the best running back in football. He's running those those few weeks, so he's supposed to be come back, I think, in another few weeks or so. So that's gonna be, I think, huge for him.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that makes me bitter and angry. Norcal, it makes you angry. No, that a king is on his roster. You know why? Why I drafted them.

Speaker 2:

Oh, the first week he did nothing.

Speaker 1:

He wasn't even playing and I picked him up for read on Green Bay Drop down, I should say, and picked up read. Literally you know, I picked him up and he went off for 200 yards.

Speaker 2:

I feel you guess you drop, you drop CJ Strad.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, I mean of like bad mistakes and it doesn't just last for a couple days, it lasts for years. Sometimes it's like I'm gonna keep it.

Speaker 2:

Okay, no count. Norcal wineslingers so he's got. He's got Derek Carr is supposed to your best. Got Derek Carr. Oh, that's horrible. He's got somebody else, right, oh God, okay, so he's got. He's got Derek Henry. John Taylor hey, john Taylor, think bet is paying off, so that's good. Travis Etienne oh God, that's a guy drop, he's got. So he's got something. Got Reese Hall and Gus Edwards and shovel over it. So he's really strong at running bags. He's got scary. Terry. Mike Evans two solo options there. Please got Marquis Brown. Tyree kill was obviously something by this week. John Dotson NorCal wineslingers we're talking about impressive rosters. It's really the only he's weak at Hide in. He's questionable. The Joku and the King K and, of course, quarterback. But why receiver running back? That might be some of the best stuff we have in early yeah, and you know the gambles.

Speaker 1:

You paid off it with Jonathan Taylor picking them up or you know bidding for him the highest it's paid off. Etn paid off, I would believe in some weeks he's been bad. I think that's why his record hasn't been so good. Etn has been streaky and and McLaren is always so solid, evans streaky, tyree kill is amazing, so you can't even comment on that. But you look at his roster and everything is really really good.

Speaker 2:

Actually just challenging, for this ETN is actually that was three. He's been. He scored at least 22 points the last four weeks.

Speaker 1:

Well, yeah, he's really come on, but these is also had weeks before that.

Speaker 2:

That weren't so good, so we should talk about the fact that I could have kept ETN either, which I think it's like about ten dollars, which, at this where he's at it, could have been still. You can that say, scott? Why did you actually throw him back in the pool? Because it didn't seem clear how Peterson was using them. It just it just seemed very odd like he wasn't using them in the passing game at all and they hot they. They drafted a guy in the third round, tank Dell, nothing, dell, tank something big B and it's like all signs pointed like this doesn't seem like it's going the right direction, but apparently he was great.

Speaker 1:

Well, the comparison is like for me. I picked up Jaden Reed to drop a key. Hmm, who did you keep in order to not retain ETN?

Speaker 2:

Oh geez, it was just. It probably was Christian Watson, you know, you know. Or Joe Burrow was the other one that I kept. So I wouldn't much rather bet at the end. I mean, obviously that was a mistake, but it seemed calculated at the time and so great for the slingers for picking them up. And again, I mean, why receiver running back strong the rest?

Speaker 2:

I mean, if I was, a slinger, I would be looking for a quarterback and maybe a tied in and taking some of that back capital and wheeling a deal with somebody we only got about a week before the trade line lines up.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's true. And so what would you do at the situation for Northfell-Wight slingers? Would you trade ETN?

Speaker 2:

I might trade Jonathan Taylor. I might trade Jonathan Henry, I mean Derek Henry. I might trade Beast Hall. I mean you got a lot of options there to get a better quarterback and there's definitely some other teams that have maybe better quarterbacks than Derek Carr.

Speaker 1:

So I guess let me rephrase the question Northfell is at four and five. Should he go all in and go for the playoffs this year and do a trade?

Speaker 2:

like that. You know everything I just said. I'm looking at the cars. You know he scored at least 19 points, 18 points the last five weeks. If you were a first starting quarterback, would you call that good I?

Speaker 1:

won't call it bad Enough. It's good enough. I wouldn't say it's good.

Speaker 2:

I mean I mean he just sucked the first four weeks of the season. He's actually been solid. The last he does have a buy coming up. He gets Minnesota, then he gets Atlanta, gets Detroit, carolina, mary Giants we hear you talking about that. He's got nothing scary on his ride on the so maybe he's okay with car. But I mean I would consider trying to maybe trade for somebody better. You've got a lot of capital.

Speaker 1:

So you flip the players to get good this year, no matter what. Yeah, absolutely, that's not a wrong strategy. All right, santa Boilermakers, we have four and five. They have Josh Allen, eckler Spears playing right now. Garrett Wilson, jamar Chase, cooper Cup. Trent McBride Vikings, zula Bench. I look at James Conner, who's on the IR, and David Montgomery Charmene. We talk about the Colons. Anything in there that would you like and not like about this?

Speaker 2:

roster. This is the hardest team right, because everything that the San Bernard did last year they spun gold, everything they did turned to gold. Yet they can only keep three players right. And now this year they kind of in a way, kind of spun gold in a way. But it hasn't kind of worked out the same way that it did last year Because San Bernard did a great job, picking up a good balance of rookies and early, you know, young players, and it's just been hard to gel right. I mean, Eckler was hurts, wilson's got it. Unfortunately in the quarterback situation, jamar Chase suffered the three weeks because Borough was hurt. Cooper Cup obviously was out the first four weeks Because he's got a solid roster all the way. There's a lot. I mean I'd ask you a lot of players on his team. Would you like them on your roster? I would.

Speaker 1:

There's a lot of guys on that team that I would like on my roster and unfortunately, like you said, there's been some unfortunate. Like he did spin gold last year. I feel like it's coming out of costs this year where things just haven't worked out. And not to say that he didn't make the right choices because he did. But you look at Garrett Wilson, that guy was like freaking stud last year. You bring in Aaron Rodgers. It looked like the sky was the limit and you know now that we have Zach Wilson playing quarterback again, it doesn't look good. Yeah, jamar Chase, like you said, borough was out for whatever reason. Jamar Chase has not exceeded, not that he's been bad, because he hasn't been, but he hasn't been great. Cooper Cup same thing like Cooper Cup. I said. I think maybe one game this year has been great. That's about it.

Speaker 2:

I mean for.

Speaker 1:

Cooper Cup it's been because he's been hurt. So understandably, that's a different scenario. Did Montgomery was a great pick until it wasn't when he got hurt, you know, and so you can see, like Zach Charbonnet was like a trendy pick and he got him as a rookie and that was kind of his strategy last year. But it hasn't had out for this year Doesn't mean it won't for next. I will say Austin Eckler, though, looks good going forward. Josh Allen hasn't looked bad, but I don't think he's been as good as last year, right, and so everything just hasn't looked as good as last year. And unfortunately for San Harbor they're four and five at this point, but they got a great roster. It's not like any of those guys Garrett, wilson, chase, cup you're talking about literally could be one, two, three and receivers at the beginning of the year. If I said the top three receivers are Wilson, chase and Cup, would you be like laughing me off? Seems reasonable. Yeah, I mean, it's possible. It didn't happen that way, unfortunately for him, but it would be possible.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and then I mean I don't know that James Conner status, but I mean I think you get him back, and especially when you factor that Conner's actually back in practice already. So you get Conner's back, that's actually nice, because now they're going to have Murray, that could actually I mean, arizona could be I'm not going to say their team on the rise, but they're going to be a team that's not going to be a little, they're definitely going to be better, I think the second half of season with Murray and Conner back. So that could be a guy that actually finds his way into it. That is starting to line up that. Go help them.

Speaker 1:

So I will say one thing we'll probably do the next team, but James Conner I've had for the last three years on my team. He is a good player when he's healthy Yep, probably James Conner is. He's not always healthy, but you can count him in. His floor is really high as a running back, yeah, but his ceiling is not very high. Like, the difference between his floor and ceiling is not much, right. But the thing is he's kind of got you on your team because you know what you're going to get yeah, and you're going to get. You're not going to have a dead game for him, no, but you are going to have a game that's going to get you some points and you're going to be happy with.

Speaker 1:

The only weakness of James Conner is his tall funnies. Injured, yeah, but absolutely All right. So move on. I don't think you will really want to comment on the scene, but you can. We got the Mustang ranchers, yeah. Joe Burrow, aaron Jones, kenneth Walker, the third, jalen Warner. We got Ridley CD lamb, CJ Hawkinson. We got Christian Watson, adams, jackson Smith, nijima on the on the bench and Trevor Lawrence and the Mario Douglas.

Speaker 2:

So what do you?

Speaker 2:

always go off on it. What's the worst thing? I have three right three tight ends of three quarterbacks. That's not. It's not a that's not a thing for success. But I was. I was stashy Calabar, so I moved I him up for my IR today. That was, that was the first move I made today.

Speaker 2:

I, michael Myers probably not along from the roster Ever again. I should probably should have worked harder to train him because he's actually Almost the top five tight ends. I should be working harder to train him. You know the running backs been okay. Kenneth Walker's gonna perform lately. Aaron Jones obviously been banged up that. Those are like the things, the guys that I thought were my key pieces and I thought really is gonna be a stud. He's been hot and cold. Unfortunately. Cdl is actually been a stud the last two weeks. They finally figured out oh, we should probably throw it a CDL because he's the best player in the team and that's helped me a lot. Tejas been solid for obviously got out to slow start. So I feel like I got a lot of pieces. Maybe speak volume that I'm actually get your opinion and I'm thinking about sitting Devonte Adams Over Ridley and CDL and not even put him on my flex over Jeremy Warren this week.

Speaker 1:

I Would disagree with that Okay.

Speaker 2:

That's fair.

Speaker 1:

I really feel like Devonte Adams is gonna have turned the corner. Come to Jesus kind of moment without With a new coach in there. I think they're gonna figure some things out. And Mark my words. If I had to put another beer on the line, I will say Devonte Adams is gonna have a Maybe not a massive year, a best massive game. Sorry. Next week he's gonna have a really solid game, better than Warren, for sure his best scoring performance in the last six weeks is 15 points.

Speaker 1:

I know and I Trust me. I know this. I just see things turning around for Adams. He's too talented. They know this.

Speaker 2:

They're gonna find a way to get in the ball, but I'll be able to actually have a warren, never talking about roster decisions, right? My decision for warren is that I think they're going against Green Bay. Green Bay is pretty mid, they're just okay. I think they're gonna run the ball a lot potentially, and so that was my motivation for going warren. I don't like it, and you're right, it's a, it's a. It's a. It's a Floor player versus a ceiling player, sort of thing. So but I just don't know, I mean how long. The question is how long you wait on a player and how long you wait on Devonte Adams, okay.

Speaker 2:

I'm telling this Going against the, we'll go against one of the best defenses of football, by the way, too.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so we're just each other next week, right?

Speaker 2:

Yes.

Speaker 1:

I will go another drink, a third drink, that Devonte Adams will have more fantasy points in Jalen Warren.

Speaker 2:

Um, I'll make that bet All right. So we're up to three drinks, right? I think actually Jalen Warren's back before them, like four out of the last six weeks, but that's okay, yeah.

Speaker 1:

You know, I like the odds. I Can see we're going with and the numbers do support that Jalen Warren is going to be a better player next week. I Just feel like Devonte Adams is gonna finally pull it together.

Speaker 2:

By the way.

Speaker 1:

I think the offense is gonna finally realize hey, we have one of the best receivers on the team.

Speaker 2:

Let's sort of that's really been doing all season and it hasn't worked. So who is the I guess who's side question? They were way over. What is the best division in football?

Speaker 1:

Oh Damn to me it's not even close. You and the C was the AFC North.

Speaker 2:

It's good, yeah, I mean. I mean I just I was thinking about that because I was thinking about Janet Warren. I mean there's not many better teams than Cleveland, which is weird. Cleveland, baltimore, nobody's hotter than Cincinnati right now, and you have arguably one of the best quarterbacks of the league and Pittsburgh. I don't know how they do it. I literally have no idea how Pittsburgh does it.

Speaker 1:

But they're like five and two.

Speaker 2:

They're five and three, whatever they are.

Speaker 1:

It's crazy. It's cause it's called good coaching. Yeah, if you have an amazing coaching stuff like they do, that's how you do it.

Speaker 2:

All four they have to have. There's all four good coaches in that division. So I mean that's, that's. I mean to me they are like head and shoulder and like it's not even close to any other division. They're like just, they're way better.

Speaker 1:

All right, let's not undersell like our last two teams. Let's do our best we can to get this done. We have Tricown Brawlers Justin Fields, naji Harris, isaiah Pacheco. We got Moore Higgins, pittman, laporta, buckler Smith, jalen Hurst, judy Higgins, swift. It's got a pretty solid Logan Thomas on the bench. Yeah, solid over up and down lineup. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Like everybody in that lineup and stuff for Jerry Judy, cause he's he's just a jag, he's just a guy. But no, he's got guys, he's got a. He's that tough roster decision to make every week, I mean with the, you know, higgins and Moore and Pittman, and he gave it to him, pickins and that mix. You know, that's a tough thing to do. I like I think it was like I could have kept it a pretty cheap price whatever. So he's got decent running backs.

Speaker 2:

Naji Harris well, it's kind of a the running backs are done is great, sorry, but stronger wide receiver, stronger quarterback. You know, with with Fields and Hurts, laporta has been a revelation. I think we might have made fun of a certain player for picking up three tight ends during the draft, and LaPorta was one of them. Do you feel any regret dropping that guy?

Speaker 1:

Do I feel regret dropping Kain and LaPorta and caving into the peer pressure of having three tight ends and dropping the two rookie ones? Yes, I do.

Speaker 2:

I mean, you know, he's only the fourth ring that I did in football.

Speaker 1:

He has a record and what's Kain this week like top three?

Speaker 2:

No, I'm not looking at overall. He's these fourth overall.

Speaker 1:

I know I'm not talking about overall, but who's Ken. Kates, who are the top five tight ends this week.

Speaker 2:

Oh, good question. I don't know. I don't know. I'm not looking at that part of the roster, but he's been good. He's gonna wear 15 points the last three weeks. Ken Kates.

Speaker 1:

I'll tell you that the top five roster tight ends. I probably had three of them.

Speaker 2:

Did you have Muscrate?

Speaker 1:

I'm not bragging the fact, the fact that I had three tight ends on my opening roster. Did you get Muscrate too, or no? I had Ken Kates, I had Ken Kates, I had Ken Kates at La Porta and I had Ferguson.

Speaker 2:

You were the tight end Saban in the draft and it just didn't work out. But, joey, tell us about.

Speaker 1:

I had Ken Kates Saban. There's only one spot. It's stupid to even carry more than one tight end.

Speaker 2:

Let's look at the picture. So seven and two, seven and two of the two top teams you're gonna have for prime Shankers and Slammers are five and four, and there are five teams at four and five. I mean talk about parity. I mean, when we're talking about who's gonna, I mean it didn't matter, it was because there's a lot of guys that are teams that are close. They were very, totally packed.

Speaker 1:

But I will say this there are two that kept me up at night for dropping. It's the Ken and La Porta. If I had those two staying in my roster right now, versus the two that I picked up for them, oh my goodness, I would have a great roster.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, mine is not keeping it to you and dropping CJ Strat, which leads us to the surprising last place team, which is the Anink and the Suck-It Self Nation. I'd say it's surprising that I dropped CJ Strat and he went off for, like the greatest fancy football, I think, quarterback week of all time. I believe I'm not really sure 51.8 fantasy points. I know it because I was going against him in another league. But what's going on with that team? I mean, he's always been a pretty good contender.

Speaker 1:

He does not have a bad team. You look at CJ Strat. I mean, obviously that's something of a new revelation and so if you're starting to see this Strat let's just put it this way that means your quarterback situation probably wasn't very good. Yeah, and not that CJ Strat going forward isn't a good choice. But if you're going with that choice, it was like roll a dice of like one intense shot that you might win, and he did. But that's not something you go with normally. Madison is not something like at the beginning of the year. You're like okay, there's a solid guy that might give me solid numbers, no big deal. But he hasn't, unfortunately. Actually, I'm kind of surprised by that. I thought Madison was going to be better than he is. I think he's going to be great, but I thought he'd be better. I thought Tony Pollard had star power. He has a team.

Speaker 1:

Chris Goodwin was going to be solid, but he's not. Alave, I thought could be a stud. It's not that he'd been bad, but he hasn't been great either. Deontay Johnson just started playing again and that's good. He's been good. You know, george Kittle, again a great tight end, has a couple of games that have been good, but nothing like overall, of course, this year.

Speaker 2:

If you look at this roster, they're going to see it and you probably go, man. That's at least a B plus.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and there's nothing wrong with this roster. There's a bunch of good players on it. This is, unfortunately, a lot of those like I would trade for some of those players, but the problem is they just haven't been good this year, like I shouldn't say the good, they haven't been great this year, if that's some good games it's the bad games.

Speaker 2:

There's good news for Angus and himself. So he literally lost his first eight games. He won his last game, beat the Narcissus Wine Slingers. We have five weeks left in the season. In a weird way, he's not out of it, nah he's got a long run ahead of him but he potentially could somehow sneak in. Don't think it'll happen, but it could happen. So, brian, he placed that roster. He couldn't have a roster. You know it said you got a chance still.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so let's finish this up. Who is the one with the best roster that you think is gonna win us all?

Speaker 2:

That's a great question. I really really like. I like Philly fast attacks quite a bit. You know Lamar Jackson if he can at the right time. I really like the San Jose shankers. I think there's this balance all around. So if you're going to force me into one team just looking at the rosters, they are now not to say it's going to affect the outcome at all. I think I like the shankers quite a bit.

Speaker 1:

Okay, I wouldn't disagree with that. I would put Napa Prime in that whole category, those top three. But I would actually go with Philly fast attack. I think he's going to make the playoffs and I think he's going to excel because he's got a top five tied in, he's got two of the best receivers and ironically, I think that's what's going to take him to the top. Having the two top receivers are going to be and Sam on deck hasn't had a great year for him. I can see him going off and I just see his team being the best. What I look at Josh Jacobs, you know, rashon White, I feel like are on the upswing. Lamar Jackson top three could be could be the top three quarterback of the league. You have two of the top receivers in the league. Josh Jacobs and White are on the upside. I just see Philly fast attack being the best.

Speaker 2:

But. But I'm about to put two more in there, just because Alessandrovers, I think, have also had a chance. I really do, really do. And then Erkan Weinslinger. If Derek Carter's 20 points a game, that's going to be great for that roster, so it's going to be, the point being that it ain't over. There's a lot of football left to play. This is week nine. We have 14 weeks in the regular season. There's plenty of time to come back and get cast Okay.

Speaker 1:

So who's going to be last in the league? Okay.

Speaker 2:

That's a great question. It's either going to be the Mustang ranchers or the inanked second self nation.

Speaker 1:

Well, if you go by record, I think it's going to be in not going to second safe nation. If you go by playoffs, at the end I think it's going to be the chai town Brawlers.

Speaker 2:

Okay.

Speaker 1:

I feel chai town. It kind of falters in the playoffs.

Speaker 2:

I think he's bad because he took your tight end.

Speaker 1:

Oh, he liked my tight ends, not just saying that the mess with my game, but in part. But like, uh, I do think it's up to self-dates going to be last place by record Just because there's not much chance there. We only have like what's four weeks left, something like that. Bring it up, and that's pretty hard you can get to. You just have to win like three of the next four weeks to even not be in last place.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. So last question ever you, how are you going to uh, purchase? So it's a couple of weeks we're going to get together, but how are you going to watch a fancy football this next coming weekend?

Speaker 1:

I don't know. I have no plans. I don't know.

Speaker 2:

What about you? I will be watching, because I bought the package, because I'm a sucker and so I was just be watching the package, probably on Sunday. Don't even it's veterans a week in this weekend, so thank you for our veterans, but uh yeah, probably just watching. And then, two weeks from now or a week after that, we get together and I'm very excited about that and I can't wait for. So we had two bets. The two bets were DAK versus JAWK off. So that's, that was actually a true drink one.

Speaker 1:

The drink one yes.

Speaker 2:

And the other one was Jaylin Warren versus uh Devonte.

Speaker 1:

Adams.

Speaker 2:

So that's what we. We that's probably what you're when you're beer back, but I'll have a beer balance probably you still have a one-meals beer. Hey, you know, my favorite beer is right.

Speaker 1:

Uh, anything in your hand.

Speaker 2:

Yes. You got it, you got it. I said it enough times.

Speaker 1:

All right, my friend, I love you. It's been. This is the single-sale Spanish football. Can't probably get on going on for is 11th hour. Um and I'm three, four whiskeys deep now. Well, that's it Anyway. Uh, any last words. Love you long time, Peace.
