Our guest today always dreamed of becoming a Primary School teacher. After taking a very short detour and applying to become a Guard, a job offer in a Primary School brought Eileen back to her planned career path.
Now Principal of the school that gave Eileen her first start, and a Post Graduate Degree in Special Educational Needs, Eileen chats to us about her experience of teaching over the past 15 years.
We ask Eileen about her thoughts on the Early Years - Primary School teaching relationship and how we can work together to help shape the future for our children.
