Lately, I’ve noticed something about myself: I’ve become susceptible to negativity. Everywhere you turn, in the news, on social media, and even in casual conversations, it feels like there’s an endless supply of bad news and grim outlooks. For someone like me, who thrives on positive energy and forward momentum, it’s been a real turn-off.

As I continue interviewing some incredible people for my upcoming (and hopefully epic) book, which will launch in late 2025, I’ve had the privilege of diving deep into the minds and habits of what I call the "2%."
