Penny L A Shepard Speaks Out On The Importance Of Doing Your Own Research On The Deep State And The Legal Arena

MKULTRA, Project Genesis, subproject Eve in Hollywood, Florida, and used as an asset, agent for her deep state CIA family, who is Joseph Mengele.
