Trafficking Under The Guise Of National Security; with Jamus Bryant

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Jamus Bryant to the podcast. His case is very unique as his ex is in the Air Force and has absconded with his child from Colorado, telling the courts she was going to Japan. In 2021, Judge Bonnie McLean in Colorado disregarded the order of shared parenting and listening to opposing counsel explain that the mother is relocating to Japan and this is a "matter of national security." When in fact she had gone to Ohio. From there she was deployed overseas, but her parents have his child. Jamus has filed motions in Ohio and Pennsylvania and they have not been heard. This father hasn't seen his daughter since 2021 and has only seen her on one video visit where the mother interfered in telling the child that her father doesn’t love her. Child psychological abuse and abduction is happening in broad daylight, and the judges involved in Jamus's case don't care.
