The Original Judo Podcaster James Austin aka 'The Big Gun' joins us to talk about his journey through Judo. James represented GBR at the London 2012 Olympics and set his sights on a grande finale at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. This plan was derailed by a serious knee injury that left him unable to compete. Since then James has continued to train and has developed his coaching, as well as training to become a sport psychologist.
