About Linda Lim

Linda Lim is founder of Essential Element Capital and has a proven record of over 30 years in finance, banking, venture capital, and real estate. 

Linda earned her Master degree in finance and has raised capitals for multi facets of syndication deals, from Real Estate (Resorts/ Hotels, Multi Family), trucking/ logistics to Molten Salt Reactor (MSR) and Military Drones for the Indonesian government. 

Linda currently has $100MM assets under management and some of them are multifamily with a total of over 500 doors. 

With decades of experience in finance and real estate, Linda has an intuitive ability to problem-solve and negotiate, putting her investors' best interests above anything else. 

Linda also runs her investor club, called: “Linda Lim’s Charmed Circle” and co-run meet-up “The Passive Income Club” (TPIC) as co-founders. 

Linda is a philanthropist who is involved in a couple of organizations, such as UNICEF and other local charity groups.
