Today Podcast Host Tasha shares about The Self Care Gift Exchange taking place Fri. Dec. 11, 2020 with fellow public health educators around the nation. We will spread some holiday cheer, network, get some self care tips and share some smiles. This is meant to uplift healthcare workers and exchange a self care gift to help aid in some time dedicated for themselves.
