Yelena graduated with Masters Of Science in 2013 and became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in FL 2 years later. She trained in EMDR and had been working with a variety of populations of all ages for over 8 years (children, teens, and adults). However, Yelena's education is not the only thing she values and she knows that personal experience can be even more powerful.  

By combining her personal experiences, struggles, professional education, and life choices, she is now on a mission to help others live a more passionate, joyful, and self-fulfilling LIVES! Yelena's life is not perfect and it is not an ideal example to live by. Going through tough personal experiences, she came to realize that the hardship, mistakes, hurts, and negative experiences she went through so far have taught her to be who I am today.
