I'm so excited to share my fascinating conversation with Jenny Ottaway who I met at a Mastermind this year, we love supporting each other in our business journey.

In this episode, Jenny shares about Theta Healing and how this modality helps people to shift their old limiting beliefs. We also talked about fun things she does when she is not working and how she left her corporate role in IT security of 25 years, to become an entrepreneur to run her own coaching practice.

Jenny Ottaway is a Certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner and Mindset & Manifestation Coach with a B.A. in Psychology. She guides and mentors soul-led clients looking to level up in all aspects of their lives. She is passionate about using healing energies to find the source of a person’s dis-ease or discomfort to help them release whatever is holding them back. She host of her own podcast show “Foundation of YOU”, her goal is to teach others how to knock down the walls that no longer serve them and by connecting to their inner guides and intuition, to rebuild the best version of their higher selves.
