March is known as Human Rights month in South Africa. Typically when we talk about Human Rights we tend to focus on violations that occurred during the Apartheid era and we gloss over current Human Rights infractions that need our urgent attention.
This month also happens to be International Women’s month and at AoS we are celebrating by highlighting women who are on the frontlines tirelessly advocating for our Human Rights.
Some of us grew up watching the SAFTA award-winning Sade Giliberti on Yo-TV. The vivacious TV Presenter, Actress and Media Personality currently resides in London and uses her voice and platform to advocate for mental health and LGBTQ+ rights amongst other global issues.
Sade welcome to Art of Superwoman and thank you for joining us for this much needed educational conversation on Mental Health this #Wellness Wednesday.
