Today David and Lee are exploring Meditation, if it can be seen as therapy in their opinions.
Looking in depth at Vipassana Meditation, mindsight, looking deep within.
How meditation is a way to take care of your Mind and Body.
How you can learn and what might suit you, its a personal experience.

Looking at mindful breathing and doing a practice with you of what Vipassana is about.
Learning to observe the breath and then moving to the sensation.
By Becoming more aware of our thoughts and sensations we gain power to weed out unhealthy ways of thinking and reacting. But as they discuss it takes practice and can be done on many levels, but that it is always beneficial. Reminding you all to bring in self compassion to the practice!
