Lee who is a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and an Energy Psychotherapist is talking about Resilience and how we might get it in the first place, how we may lose it and re-gain it.

She also talks about stigma and shares with her client’s permission some poignant words he wrote about suicide and his fears and his journey back from a very dark place.

She hopes that this will help others as does he.

She speaks about coming out of the wars and how she believes stigma and resilience are affected and  affect us as humans, and how resilience can be rebuilt through therapy.
