I had someone say to me this week, “I look at you and think, wow, she did the impossible and lost over 100 pounds!”
As I’ve been sitting with it more, remembering back to how it felt to me when it seemed impossible too, I started to question goals and goal getting. The truth is it's not just all simple and easy.
Like weight loss itself, goal setting and getting isn't a linear process. Growth isn't linear, it's full of ups and downs.
It brought up a lot of questions for me on my own journey and I’m going to answer some of these questions such as:
- Why do main goals matter?
- How can you increase your focus on your main goal?
- Is it okay we float in and out of focus with our main goals?
- How do you keep going? How do you know when to shift goals or if you should?
- Are you inspired by your main goal? Do you have a clear vision?
