Mishlei 14:32 - How the Tzadik and Rasha Handle Adversity (Part 1)

בְּרָעָתוֹ יִדָּחֶה רָשָׁע, וְחֹסֶה בְמוֹתוֹ צַדִּיק:

Length: 45 minutes
Synopsis: This morning (5/22/24), in our morning Mishlei shiur, we began learning what initially seemed to be a cryptic pasuk. We quickly developed a few approaches, all of which were fruitful. We began learning the Metzudas David which we'll continue working on tomorrow before learning some other meforshim. Based on what we've seen so far, it looks like this is yet another pasuk which highlights how Mishleic development (or lack thereof) directly affects a person's relationship with Hashem.

The Torah content from now through Lag ba'Omer has been generously sponsored by Malky M. June is less than a month away which means that I'll soon be transitioning into "summer writing mode," with more substack articles and fewer recorded shiurim. The bulk of these articles will remain free. However, if you would like to support my Torah AND gain access to additional spicy written content, consider becoming a paid subscriber by going to rabbischneeweiss.substack.com.
