Hi friends. I arrived today with what would be the most heartwrenching share I've ever had on the podcast thus far.

I poured my heart out about trying to find peace and acceptance for the hardest thing by far I had to do in my life before I leave for Houston in a couple of days. I apologise if this is too emotionally charged for you or if there are parts of what I shared and experienced that you don't agree or resonate with. For those of you who are able to make space for this, thank you from the bottom of my conflicted and broken heart. Your graciousness, understanding and permission are such gifts that I truly do not take for granted.

If you too are needing to make a difficult decision or do a really hard thing in your life right now, know that you're not alone, know that it's okay that you still don't know how all of it is going to look and be like as you take the next step forward. There are no right or wrong ways to heal, just what works for you. Be aware but gentle with yourselves, and most of all, be breathing those deep breathes.
