Kayla Vander Molen shares her journey from her start in the trades to where she is today - a Pre-Apprenticeship Instructor and Weld Examiner in Training, at the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, in Alberta. She shares the lessons she learned along the way, and the many areas of her trade that she has explored. Her encouraging words will inspire anyone hoping to join the skilled trades of Canada!
