Pasha Marlowe, MFT

Dr. Rachel Allyn, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in relationships and and the author of the book "The Pleasure Is All Yours". She is back on my podcast for a 2nd time, this time talking about intimacy and bodyfulness through the lens of neurodiversity.

We discussed the impact of hormones, menopause, unmasking, sensory issues, and bodyfulness on our ability to give and receive pleasure and comfort. Dr. Allyn and I share our personal stories of how menopause affected our ADHD journeys and how those challenges inspired our work.
