Challenge and Response
Andy O'Shea of the Airline Pilot Club and Margie Burns of Pilot Peer Support discuss aviation challenges, how to assess them and how to respond. The first series "Pilot Support and Wellbeing" will focus on personal wellbeing. Threat and Error Management (TEM) is discussed as a means of managing adverse wellbeing for all aviation personnel at all stages of their careers including students who are beginning their training in the worst downturn in aviation history.
