Here are the Day Two prompts if you want to follow along:
Journal Prompt: Identify three of your most limiting beliefs, fears, doubts, or traumas. If you are having a hard time narrowing it down, do an S.O.C (Stream of Consciousness) to help out.
Gratitude Prompt: What is one thing you like most about yourself? Focus on that thing today, and try to thank yourself for it.
Mantra: It is safe to let go. I am ready to let go. (I like to repeat this as I am falling asleep, to reprogram my subconscious).
Quotes: Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. Whatever you believe, remember, you can achieve. -Mary Kay Ash
One of the most courageous decisions you will ever make is to finally let go of what is hurting your heart and soul. -Brigitte Nicole
In the end, only three things matter: How much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you. -Buddha
Question: What do you feel is missing in your life, and how can you get more of what you need?
Challenge: Look at yourself in a mirror for at least five minutes, repeating the phrase, ‘You are worthy and I love you.”
