Ormston House Season 1 Episode 6

In the final episode of the Artist-Run Network Europe (ARNE) podcast, Ormston House’s Niamh Brown speaks with Limerick-based artist and curator Dylan Ryan.

Since graduating in 2021, Dylan Ryan has been an active member of the Limerick artist-run scene. In 2022, they co-founded The Oobleck Collective, a curatorial project investigating and presenting that which lies beneath the production of art, their inaugural exhibition taking place at Limerick’s Sailor’s Home. In 2023, they curated their first solo show “I Misspell My Words” by Aoife O’Doherty, at Spacecraft Studios, Limerick. Currently, they work as Visitor Engagement Manager at EVA International, Ireland’s Biennial of Contemporary Art in Limerick city.  In this episode Niamh and Dylan discuss how they became involved in the ARNE project and what networks and relationships have grown out of the experience.
