State Champion Tioga Tigers with Coach Aiello

Our guest is Nick Aiello, Head Coach of the Tioga Tigers, who last weekend finished their season REALLY strong, winning their second NYS Championship in a row and third overall.
Coach Aiello will reflect on how his pre-season began, when he was forced to coach from the couch or golf cart. He will explain the importance of his coaching staff and how their young student-athletes understand the hard work, dedication and teamwork required to reach their goals.
He will also share insight into how he inspires all youth levels of up and coming Tioga Tigers. He has some great advice for people wanting to get into the coaching profession.
