Numbers are important in business - but which numbers matter, and what are we making the numbers mean? In this episode we talk about why certain numbers don't always matter, what actually does and here we might choose to focus. We also talk about how when we're feeling objective and neutral - we can totally focus on growing the numbers that DO matter to us in ways that feel aligned.
