In this episode, I'm talking all about how to get started with inner child & reparenting work.  I talk about what your inner child is, and what the concept of reparenting is (and what it isn't!).  I go over the 4 pillars of reparenting work as outlined by Dr. Nicole LePera, who you know as the Holistic Psychologist on Instagram.  I also share some examples from my own life of how I've used the practice of reparenting and some suggestions for how you too can get started.

In the conversation, I also discuss the Reactive to Regulated Mother course, the only course for overwhelmed moms using evidence-based solutions for stress resilience so you can parent without mom guilt, shame, or feeling like you need to yell at your kids ever again.
