My guest for this episode is my good friend, Dr. Erin Terada! Dr. Terada is a licensed clinical psychologist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, currently practicing at the OCD & Anxiety Center in Oak Brook, IL. She was previously the Clinical Director of the Eating Disorders service line at Linden Oaks Behavioral Health, and is currently sits as a Board Member of the Heartland chapter of the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP).
