#166 - Dorángel Vargas AKA "People Eater"

A case from South America, largely forgotten with more myths than you can shake a stick at.

He liked to cook, make soups, stews and even made a mean empanada.

The ingredients were free but hard to come by.

We all know prison food is not the best, but eating your fellow prisoners is an unusual tactic.
