Can you imagine wearing a  face mask for the rest of your life?  Pandemic vs. Pain, both are causing people to wear very uncomfortable mask that strips them of their unique being.

People allow stigmas and society expectations to block their own self-care needs. When grief, anxiety, trauma, mental health, physical health, and other life trials & tribulations are not properly addressed, eventually everything a suffering  person did to mask their reality crumbles.

You do not have to be a celebrity or wealthy to experience your beautiful bridge collapsing. The simple things in life you may have accomplished throughout the years can be bottled in darkness because you never took the time to deal with "You".

This episode is very enlightening, thought provoking, & uplifting.

"Some people never enjoy who they really are
because they  live their lives, wearing a mask
over that  scar." ~Atiya Turner
