I’d like to begin this episode by acknowledging the land that I am learning and living on is the traditional un-ceded, un-surrendered territory of the Anishinaabeg Algonquin People.
Every leader chooses the type of leader they want to be. It’s a decision that will set our leadership journeys on a path of personal and professional discovery. The thing about this path is that it’s one we are constantly changing the direction of the path, hopefully being built in such a way to nourish and embolden ourselves and our team members. But throughout the entire journey, it’s our choice to be who we want to be that points us in our leadership direction.
In this episode, Our 100th Episode!, You’ll hear from Margaret J. Wheatley, an author and teacher, who will talk about leadership and the kind of leader we can choose to be. Margaret will offer her insight into how emerging leaders can claim their leadership. Margaret will also talk about how we can find our paths, ensuring we can answer our personal and professional questions, because as Margaret says, “Only when we know where we are will we be able to choose a meaningful path forward”.
