I recently heard a quote that said that it’s hard to change your habits and make them stick when shifting your body image if you only use your body to move your head from place to place. That really opened my mind and had me questioning how I use my body and if I’ve forgotten how to engage with it for joy and pleasure and not just as a transportation device.
