Relationship Building is not a Silver Bullet!
Jun 12, 2024 Episode 301
James Laughlin

In this solocast I talk about relationship building and the factors that go into a high performing team.

Relationship building is important in driving performance rankings, but it is not the top factor. Other capabilities such as taking initiative, displaying integrity, inspiring others, and driving for results have a greater influence on performance rankings.

The number one factor is the ability to establish stretch goals. Building relationships is still important, but these other skills should be prioritized.
