Conflict is something we are all going to face at some point. It’s an inevitable truth of living with others. Whether it’s with your significant other, a friend, or family member, learning how to deal with conflict effectively and have positive solutions from it is a skill we have to develop in order to keep building and strengthening our relationships.

This week's episode is part two of our conversation with musician and member of the band Rightfield, Reed Hoelscher. Reed and his friend Jack started their band Rightfield during their sophomore year of college at the University of Arkansas and have been performing together ever since. They have traveled all across the US touring their songs with other bands, recently got signed by an indy label, and are getting ready to release their debut album this spring.
