Feb 19, 2021 Season 1 Episode 7
Lisa Mulligan

Melindah Bush has had such an interesting upbringing and career. Her life has been heavily influenced by her Malaysian father, and in a more gentle way her Canadian mother. Growing up she lived between these two countries and is such a great example of how different experiences can inform an infinitely interesting life and family.

Melindah studied in the US and built a successful law career. She and her husband grabbed the opportunity to live and work in Bejing, China for 8 years before coming to Singapore. She was the first Malay person to study at Harvard Law School and the first Malay and first woman to become of the President of the Asia Harvard law Society. She’s an amazing person and a great storyteller. A long and super interesting episode.
