- Don’t respond in hatred/anger (Proverbs 15 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Proverbs%2015&version=NIV )
- Don’t overthink it (Psalm 38:19 - Many have become my enemies without cause ; those who hate me without reason are numerous.
- Forgive (Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
- Bless them (Romans 12:14) Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them.
