Jacques Overdiep is a graduate of NC State’s Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition department. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science at NC State and completed a MS degree in Food Science and Technology at Iowa State University. He now works as a Quality and Process Control Manager at Hormel Foods. Welcome to WDFS Jacques!
