Today we are talking about how the hotel industry have been the last year and how Claus Vestergaard sees the reopening from a Radisson point of view. He also gives a comment on why the Radisson Rewards program suddenly was split in two - a US part and a part for the rest of the world - and if this have any impact on you as a frequent traveller.
