今回のエピソードでは、日本の皇室について話しました。日本の皇室は、スキャンダルとはほぼ無縁の状態であり続け、政府や宮内庁も皇室のイメージにとても気を遣っています。ところが、眞子内親王と婚約内定者の小室圭さんの結婚が2021年10月26日を予定していると宮内庁の発表がありました。この前例のないトラブルが重なっており、儀式や結婚一時金を辞退した異例づくしの結婚は世界のメディアからも注目されることになってしまいました。
