For the past 25 years, Stacy Cordova has worked in education. She has worked as a teachers assistant, special education teacher and administrator. After experiencing burnout, dealing with a traumatic family event and seeing the pandemic wreak havoc on her family, friends,  coworkers and students' families she started Self Care Commune to help heal herself and help all those around her to focus on adding more self-care to their daily lives.  Her goal is to put more positivity out into the world.
