Spring Forward - Grasshopper

Have you ever noticed that the universe doesn’t move backward? It’s always forward moving. There is a lesson we can all learn from this observation.

I’ve had the thought that if you have a fallback plan, at some level, you’re planning to fail. If the forward plan doesn’t have all our attention, it can cause us to miss an essential detail and cause us to fail.

Yes, look before you leap, but then put all your attention into the jump. I saw the following quote on a friend’s Facebook page. It’s from J.M. Barrie’s character Peter Pan. “The moment where you doubt you can fly, you cease forever being able to do it.”

Another friend posted this idea: It’s not confidence that we lack; it’s courage. The idea being that courage begets confidence.

As we head into the Vernal Equinox season of change, I’ll leave you with this thought: Muster the courage to spring forward and I’m confident that you’ll never look back.

All the best,

John
