Today’s tip is about a resource in UKG Kronos Community called the Customer Engagement Toolkit. It’s a communication template designed to make life easier for you and the contents are completely free.
Yes, you heard me. It does not cost you anything to download or use it. It’s available to customers only in UKG Kronos Community, so, you do have to be a customer to access it.
Included are predesigned emails and posters that you can edit to suit your needs. And you can use them to share important information and messages related to UKG with your people. You’ll also find graphic lockups which are great for posting news in break rooms, lunch areas, and places like that.
And the other awesome thing about the toolkit is that it can be helpful if you’re a new customer AND if you’ve been with us for a while. For example, you can use it to introduce UKG to your employees for the very first time, spread the word about new features when they come out, announce you’re rolling out something new, like the mobile app, or any other creative ways that you decide.
