Are Perimenopause and Covid Cousins?

Hey Hey!!
Y'all it's been a journey and I have so much to share with y'all.
I want to start with sharing my experience with COVID then post-COVID,  how I feel like perimenopause is like a cousin to COVID  but how perimenopause actually helped me through this whole post COVID experience. 
But, I have to give all the glory to GOD who has brought me through this experience.
