5 years ago Mairead tragically lost her best friend Ellen and had to learn how to deal with grief at only 18. Now 5 years on in memory of Ellen she set the challenge of doing 5K A Day throughout January. As she comes to the end of the challenge she has raised over £20,000 for @mymycharity_ni and managed to gather 200 people across 8 countries of the world to do the 5Ks with her.
