Four community members addressed the Floresville ISD board of trustees March 3, all expressing a common theme — they say the district’s bond proposal should have been broken into smaller propositions. All four community members participated on the district’s Facility Task Force, created to identify and analyze the Master Facility Plan, and make recommendations to the school board “on how best to implement the plan,” according to the goals created by district administration.
