Its that time of year again

Have you noticed more cobwebs around your home lately? Every fall, spiders seem to be much more active. Larger webs appear each morning, as the orb weavers have been busy all night. Many of these outdoor webs are intricate masterpieces of art, especially in the sunlight. Some spider enthusiasts even photograph their findings and share in social media groups. The old folks used to say that more and larger webs in late summer or early fall meant that a much colder winter was coming. If the webs fly when the wind blows, then a dry winter was on the way....
