Alamo Biscuit has taken over the space that once hosted Vale’s Burger-Fi, although the dining room has been given a fresh and original style — and one that feels ready to franchise in its own right.
John grew up on a ranch in a small valley city of Edinburg, Texas. Moved to San Antonio to attend UTSA, where he received a Biology degree. All the while taking his lumps learning the ins and outs of business through way of trial, error, risk, and reward. Starting in promotions and now a well respected multiple business owner.
