Paul Krauter joins us this episode to talk about the basics of workers' compensation. Our conversation ranges from procedures under the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act and Commission to the significant impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on workers’ compensation attorneys.
Paul is a Member of Evans & Dixon, LLC, in Chicago, and represents a variety of clients in workers’ compensation cases throughout Illinois. He is a frequent lecturer and educator providing seminars to various clients and trade groups regarding workers’ compensation related topics and is a member of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.
He is also the author of Ch. 1, Basic Aspects of the Workers’ Compensation Act, in IICLE’s 2023 edition of Workers’ Compensation Practice.
